Security Council and Ministry of Justice Deputy Clerks discussed circumstances in colonies

On August 5 Security Council deputy clerk KR Mr. Bakirov A. met the Republic System penitentiary supervisor- deputy clerk of Ministry of Justice KR Mr. Zubtsov S.

As the President’s press service informed, during the meeting Ministry’s actions on eliminating lacks and infringements at Senior Management Punishment Execution (SMPE) were considered.

News agency "AKIpress" reminds that earlier Mr. Isakov during his personal visit to pre-trial prisons in Bishkek, Osh and Karakol, also penal colony in village Novo-Pokrovka learned improper labor conditions of SMPE and extremely unfavorable sanitary and hygienic conditions of the arrested.

According to Mr. S Zubov’s report certain actions in this direction had been already done by the Ministry of Justice. In particular repair work of administrative buildings were done, bought and put washing and drying machines, preventive works of ventilation system were done, SMPE was provided with beddings, and a number of other actions on health improvement at penitentiaries were taken.

Also Security Council and Ministry of Justice Deputy Clerks discussed issued connected with increase of industrial activity of penal colonies and their preparations to fall and winter period.
