Verdict on murdering Bazarkorgon activist from “Ak Jol” party was announced

On August 4 verdict of the case concerning two citizens accused in murdering the coordinator of “Ak Jol” party in Bazarkorgon rayon, Mr. Abdusatar Bazarbaev was announced. There were villager of Arstanbap a 37-year-old Nurmuhamad Muladjanov and villager of Shamaldysai in Nooken rayon Abdumalik Alibaev on the dock.

The Mailisuu city court chaired by Judge Mr. A Sartov, at participation of the secretary. M. Toktoraliev, state prosecutor M. Kojokmatov and the advocates L. Ismailov and N. Alimov. Having considered the case the judge returned guilty in murdering A. Bazarbaev who was killed and decapitated on April 31 evening. By the verdict of the judge N. Muladjanov is sentenced to life imprisonment and A. Alibaev to a 15-year imprisonment.

At the end of the investigation the case was considered by Bazarkurgan Rayon Court then Djalalabad City Court and finally in pre-trial No. 5 in Osh by closed session of Mailisuu City Court. The reason stood fear of authorities of possible mass disorder from supporters of the defendant.
