Pre-trial employees from three Southern Oblasts are trained to Human Rights Standards

In village Artanbap of Bazarkorgon rayon, Jalalabad oblast started seminars on “Human Rights Standards and Conflict Direction” for employees of detention centers and pre-trial prisons in Osh, Batken and Jalalabad oblasts.
According to info analytical bureau “AKI press - Ferghana”, at the beginning of the seminar, which will last 4 days, acting head of local OSCE Bureau in Osh Hugo Karlsson and head of HR organization “Justice” Valentina Gritsenko participated.
