Appeal of former Osh oblast governor assistant started

As info analytical bureau AKI press – Fergana informed, on June 26 Jalalabad Board of regional court started consideration of appeal of the former Osh Oblast governor assistant Kushbak Tezekbaev who appealed against Jalalabad city court's decision: 5-year imprisonment of K. Tezekbaev in medium security and to pay one-million-som fine.

During the hearing K. Tezekbaev asked the presence of the former financial and economic manager Seitkasym Jeenbekov and his lawyer at court. Besides, Tezekbaev's lawyer Shadybek Omoshev asked the judge to invite a number of witnesses to the trail.

Having obliged to provide witnesses presence the court postponed the hearing until July 3.

K. Tezekbaev has been found guilty in position abusing while distributing CARE packages of the humanitarian aid.
