HR organization informed beating case by militiamen

As public fund “Law and Order” informed, on June 22 Mr. K was beaten by two militiamen in in cattle market in Furkat, Karasuu rayon.

According to the fund, the victim who is being treating in Uzbekistan now, was smoking marijuana, and the smell drew attention of two passing by militiamen.

As the fund marks, Mr. K refused to obey the militiamen therefore there was a fight between them. The beaten Mr. K was protected by the witnesses under pressure of them the militia had to leave the victim.
